Yes! All our offices offer walkthroughs of our design models, displays of our engineering and construction methods, and large Colorbond samples of the various shades.
Please visit us anytime during business hours (appointments are only necessary for shed design consultations) – Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm – at one of our dealers.
Absolutely! Once your preliminary design is complete, and budgeting is obtained from you, we can visit to arrange optimal placement.
Yes. We can assist you with gaining council building approvals, as well as relaxations (if required) via our private certifier.
Yes. Our shed building company works directly with engineers, allowing us to create competitively priced designs, which are unique, individual and custom.
Yes. Our company uses 100% BlueScope structural steel, and Colorbond steel, for both our domestic and industrial shed builds. No exceptions.
Yes. From design to building approval, and then throughout the whole construction process – we take care of everything! All you need to do is sign off on the final design, and then sit back, while we take care of the rest.
We build our sheds to the lock-up stage, to a class 1A specification. Then, you are ready for your own contractor, or trades company, who can fit-out and complete your build.
Absolutely! Southern Cross Sheds are one of the few companies that offer insulated Colorbond patio-roofing systems, which are custom designed to meet your needs.
Yes. We use Colorbond sheeting for the top and bottom of all panels, as well as genuine Colorbond structural beams.
Definitely! Using architectural additions, and diverse cladding options, we can create the aesthetic-style shed of your dreams.
Yes. As a QBCC licenced builder, we include a 6 year structural warranty. Plus, we also provide a BlueScope / Colorbond steel warranty, which is covered for up to 20 years.
